CANCELLATION POLICY
While I do understand things happen I do require a 24 hour notice for cancellation or appointment changes. A 100% charge of the service will be for any no shows and 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No show appointments will not be able to book with Golden Glow in the future.
